Our policy is valid for 30 days. The first day begins on the day of receipt of the item. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Requirements for refund:

  • The request is sent within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must not be used.
  • The package of underwear or socks must not be opened.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • The product must be returned in its entirety (including accessories).

These items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted items
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items
  • Items received more than 30 days ago
  • Items with missing packaging
  • Underwear and socks

If we receive the goods listed above, we will not process the return. Additionally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the return address (located outside the EU).

Exchanging goods

We only exchange goods if they were received damaged. Please contact us via email, and we will exchange your item for a new one.

If you are shipping goods of significant value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Send the items along with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Make sure to provide a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 30 days.
